SHIPPING POLICY
Processing
All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours regardless of shipping method selected. All transit times are counted in business days, weekends does not count. Pick-up will be available same day. Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and major holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue processing the following business day. All orders are shipped with Adult Signature Confirmation.

3-7 Business Day Shipping $7.00 + $9.99 Adult Signature Fee
Note: Shipping and adult signature fees will be non-refundable.
Due to regulations imposed by the PACT Act, we will be unable to reship packages that have been returned to our facility. If the package was returned due to the carrier being unable to collect an adult signature and proof of ID, High Society Smoke Shop reserves the right to deduct a $15 restocking fee from the refund of the order.
To prevent returned packages, we recommend verifying the shipping address is correct and deliverable prior to checkout. For customers that would normally be unavailable during delivery hours, we recommend shipping to your business address as any individual 21+ years of age may sign for the package.
Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of High Society Smoke Shop, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the carrier in use. High Society Smoke Shop strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. High Society Smoke Shop is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user.
Order Discrepancies:
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.
Sales Tax:
We are required to charge sales tax for select states. Tax rates will be calculated at Check Out and will be based on the ship to address information used for the order. In some cases, sales tax may be applied to shipping costs. These regulations are imposed by both state and local governments.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
